What to expect when you contact us

When you send an enquiry, it is received directly by a senior member of the Collective & Sons advisory team — not a call-centre or automated triage system. We will review your message and respond within one business day with a proposed time for a short introductory call, typically fifteen to twenty minutes. That initial call is about fit: we will ask about the general nature of your situation and you are welcome to ask about our approach, fees, and how we handle confidentiality. There is no obligation beyond that call. If both parties agree that a deeper conversation makes sense, we schedule a full diagnostic consultation — usually ninety minutes — during which we review your actual circumstances and explain how our services could be applied. We charge no fee for the introductory call or the initial diagnostic consultation. Our office is located in central Bratislava and meetings can be arranged in person or via encrypted video call according to your preference.
